This is how I feel. This is the type of person who will someday drive me to become the person I loathe. What is the point of the countless chances or the reconciled friendships, if they mean nothing? I forgive, because everyone makes mistakes. But when it happens too often, it begs me to question their intentions. At this point, I should be deciding whether to play it out like I always do, to forgive and forget, or if I should actually take the situation direly. I always believed in being a passive person, not because I’m too weak to stand up for myself, but because if they are seriously not worth my time, why should I bother? It hurts my self-confidence when others think otherwise. I just can’t decide if this person is truly worth my precious time and energy.
Friendships come and go. I suppose it’s time that I finally let this one go as well.

A year has 365 days for you to study. After taking away 52 Sundays, there are only 313 days left. There are 50 days in the summer that is way too hot to work so there are only 263 days left. We sleep 8 hours a day, in a year, that counts up to 122 days so now we're left with 141 days. If we fooled around for only 1 hour a day, 15 days are gone, so we are left with 126 days. We spend 2 hours eating each day, 30 days are used in this way in the year, and we are left with 96 days in our year. We spend 1 hour a day speaking to friends and family, that takes away 15 days more and we are left with 81 days. Exams and tests take up at least 35 days in your year, hence you are only left with 46 days. Taking off approximately 40 days of holidays, you are only left with 6 days. Say you are sick for a minimum of 3 days, you're left with 3 days in the year to study! Let's say you only go out for 2 days... You're left with 1 day! But that 1 day is your birthday!

Syrian Uprising: General Overview
I came upon this site, while doing research for my term paper. Although it leaves out the recent peace talks in Geneva (that have ultimately resolved nothing), it gives a good summary of the diplomatic/international efforts put forth by the UN and it’s member states to resolve the Syrian conflict. It’s terrible, and the way I see it, if things keep progressing the way they are now (with Russia’s constant stubbornness to take action) a civil war may be inevitable…
The cutest baby kitty ever! A friend of mine adopted her from a shelter in Athens, and she is adorable!! I kind of bombarded her with my camera, but I’m sure she didn’t mind :) She’s usually really hyper, but I think she enjoyed all the attention. I didn’t really like kittens before, but I think this one warmed up to me.
but i’m still a puppy-person. heh
Mother Abandons Son to Party?
It’s heartbreaking to see articles like this. She loves partying so much that she would abandon her child (a toddler at that) home alone to change his own diapers? She needs to go to jail, immediately.
